I had an ovarian cyst like 4 months ago!!! haha im only 16. ok well what they did for me was just to get a sonogram every month during my period. they usually do an internal… but since im only 16 they did the the outside test… thank god lol and yeah what u eat has nothing to do with it its just a sac of most likely fluid from your period and usually they go away but for some reason they don’t go away once in awhile so yeah just start keep track of your periods, so yeah that’s about it.

Before I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts, I had a painful cramp every few days regardless of where I was in my menstrual cycle. If that happens a week before your period the answer should probably be PMS but if it continues not just before your period, specifically right after your period, you should see a doctor. I made the mistake of putting off talking to a doctor and my cysts went undiagnosed until one ruptured.

If only most of the ovarian cysts that develop in a woman’s reproductive
organ are all benign and self-shrinking, then we don’t need to worry about
them anymore and the pain that a woman could go through – physically
and financially as well. I wonder if there are medicines that could
make the cysts cease or decrease in size.

Ovarian cyst is really such a pain. I have a friend who always complains about abdominal cramps during her period. She sometimes misses some of our classes because of too much pain. I thought I would never like to have that, well everyone think so.
